Hana Wilson, Licensed Massage Therapist

My name is Hana Wilson, and I am 24 years old. As a newly certified massage therapist, I am excited to embark on this journey of promoting wellness and healing through the power of touch. My passion for helping others and understanding their needs, drives me to create a nurturing and healing environment for my clients. I want to create a safe place where clients can come in and laugh and chat when they need it, or just relax and decompress from a long day if that’s what they need. I believe that massage therapy is not just a service, but a pathway to relaxation, recovery, and overall well being.

In addition to my role as a massage therapist, I proudly serve as a military police officer in the National guard. This experience has taught me invaluable skills in discipline, leadership, and communication, all of which I carry into my practice. My military background also provides me with a unique understanding of the physical and emotional challenges some individuals may face, allowing me to tailor my approach to each individual's needs. I feel personalized care for each individual is very important and will allow me to take my client care to another level.

I am committed to ongoing education and personal growth within the field of massage therapy, ensuring that I can provide my clients with the best quality of care. I look forward to building relationships with my clients, to help them achieve their wellness goals and support them on their journey to better physical, mental, and emotional health.

Lara Martin, LMT

Lara Martin, Licensed Massage Therapist

I am a 24-year-old massage therapist who is passionate about making a real difference in people’s lives. As a person who genuinely cares about my client’s well-being, I want to create a space that allows my clients to feel welcome, safe, and understood. I want my clients to know they are being heard and supported throughout their wellness journey, no matter the wellness path they are on. Each one of my sessions is tailored to my clients’ specific needs for things such as chronic pain, muscle tension, injury recovery, relaxation, or something that may include a little of everything. I personally specialize in trigger point therapy, deep tissue work, Swedish/relaxation massage, sports massage, and proprioceptive neuromuscular facilitated stretching. My passion is usually athletes, people with chronic pain, previous injuries, or those with decreased range of motion. The benefits of massage go so much farther than just relaxation and peace of mind, and I am very adamant about getting people to understand all of massages benefits in things like recovery, increased mobility, reduced pain, and an increase in mental health.

Not only am I a massage therapist, but I have spent the last 7 years of my life as a military police officer and have come to understand the importance of both physical and mental resilience. The more I have been a part of the massage world, the more I have witnessed how the power of touch can break down walls for people who struggle with things like anxiety, depression, trauma and PTSD. The importance of human connection is a part of my life I have always deemed important and have carried over into my practice to ensure a sense of trust and safety. It isn’t just about the physical body and muscles but more of the person in their entirety. Building relationships with my clients, supporting them, and treating each client with the care and respect that they deserve is how I wish to start each of my sessions.

Throughout my career I plan to continue my education regularly and broaden my knowledge for my clients to get the most updated care and effective treatments available, so they leave every session feeling brand new. Massage was more of a calling than a career choice and I will do everything in my power to ensure that I give my clients the best possible care there is. I look forward to working with them and helping them to feel like the best version of themselves!
